Is it safe to use my credit/debit card details online?

Your safety is guaranteed because we understand that security when shopping online is essential. Thats why the second you enter the order process, every piece of information that is transferred between you and us is 256 bit encrypted using SSL encryption. So even if it was intercepted, it would be useless information. Please look for the padlock when you enter the secure sections of our site.

After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:

  • · the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
  • · a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.

All our transactions are processed using PayPal or Google Checkout. We do not see and therefore do not store any card details.

When will my order be dispatched?

If you order before 1pm (Monday - Friday) we aim to dispatch your order the same day. All other orders will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

How much is delivery?

How late in the day can I place my order?

Are you the last-minute type? No problem. If you're in the UK you have until these times for your order to leave our warehouse on the same day:

Free Delivery (orders over £20) 1pm

Standard 12pm

Next Day (Monday - Saturday delivery) 5pm

Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.

How do I cancel my Order?

Drop us an email, and we'll do everything we can to stop it. Sometimes we can't, Worst case scenario; you can return it to us (for free) for a full refund.

I am having problems ordering online?

If you experiencing problems ordering online then please call or email us and we can either take your order over the phone or we can talk you through the order process.

What does direct despatch/drop-ship mean?

Direct despatch (or drop-shipping) is the term used when the manufacturer/supplier sends an item directly from their warehouse to you and not from our own voloum warehouse.

As a result arrival times will vary, and it will be sent separately to any other product(s) in your order. You may not receive the usual voloum despatch email.

What if I’ve forgotten my login details?

No worries. Just click on 'forgot your password' when your password is required and we'll sort you out. All you need is your email address and we'll send you an email so you can create a new password. Or, contact us at and we'll send you a new one.

What happens if I forget my password?

Don't panic! You can easily request a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password" on the login page. Your password will automatically be sent to your email address. We strongly recommend that you change your password immediately once we have sent it to you by logging onto your account and clicking on Edit Email Address/Password.

How do I unsubscribe from the daily email alerts?

All you have to do is go to 'My emails' in 'My account' and untick the relevant box to ensure you don't receive daily emails in the future.

Do your prices include VAT?

All our prices, unless otherwise stated include the VAT at the current rate.
